Mushrooms on toast
Foraged wild mushrooms, port & Yorkshire blue cream served on toasted bloomer bread
Baked goats’ cheese
Heather honey & thyme baked goats cheese served on a beetroot, walnut & endive salad
Chicken liver parfait
Red onion marmalade, Sauternes steeped raisins & toasted brioche
Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni
Served on a tomato sauce, topped with Manchego cheese & pine nut
Roast Rump of Yorkshire Beef (served pink)
With traditional accompaniments

Desserts will be served with ice cream or cream, unless you particularly want custard, in which case you need to say so, when you return your order.
